Order Shipping

Once your order has been placed, you can expect it to be shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered to you within 3-5 business days with our Priority Mail promise unless further specified. Customers will receive frequent updates and direct communication about their order. Customers are required to contact Silver Lining Studios about any questions concerning orders, refunds, chargebacks, etc. via email before contacting any third party.

Shipping rates may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. However, we strive to offer competitive rates and partner with trusted shipping carriers to make your shopping experience even more enjoyable. Silver Lining Studios is not responsible for any shipping delays experienced on behalf of shipping carriers.

Pre-Order Shipping

Items marked as pre-orders will begin production immediately after order is placed. Pre-orders arrive to Silver Lining Studios' shipping facility within 2-3 business weeks after all orders are processed. Once received at our facility, orders will be fulfilled with guaranteed same day shipping and will be delivered within 3-5 business days with our guaranteed Priority Mail promise.

Customers who pre-ordered items will receive frequent updates and direct communication throughout the process. Any remaining questions concerning pre-orders can be addressed through our email where you will receive prompt support.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply contact our customer support team at info@silverliningstudiosclothing.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Once a return label has been issued, the item(s) must be brought to USPS within 7 days of being issued the return label.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.

Please allow some time for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain exceptions to our policy. We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
